U. S. Supreme Court Amicus Curiae Briefs Submitted By TFGON

From time to time, matters of high importance to military flag and general officers will rise to the level of the U. S. Supreme Court and are of such significance that THE FLAG & GENERAL OFFICERS' NETWORK will want it's opinion heard. When such occasions arise, Amicus Curiae "Briefs" are the methodology employed to comply with the requirements of SCOTUS in such matters.
